My sobriety date is 04/24/2018. I was born and raised in San Antonio TX. I started using hard drugs when I was 14 years old and spent 11 years in addiction. After becoming pregnant with my son Matthew, I decided to get sober. My son had given me a purpose in life and the will to take my life back.

Since getting sober I have always wanted to work with teens who are struggling with addiction because I know what it is like to be a teen addicted to drugs and feeling like I had to one to turn to. I know in my spirit that working with the YES team is where all the pain in my life has molded me to be here helping teens and young adults.

I am currently in college working on getting my LCDC. During my free time I enjoy working on projects for different hobbies like woodworking and crafts. I love watching movies snuggled up to my son and my cats Jeffery and Norman.
